If I have any left that is. A bunch of you appear to have either left me or died since a few weeks ago. Rude. Just because I never post anything so there isn’t any point in following me doesn’t mean there’s no point in fo… nevermind.

1. Went to the mall. I swear to god, nothing depresses me or makes me more insecure than going clothes shopping. I feel like the store headings might as well be labelled “Clothes That You Look Awful In” and “Clothes That Would Look Great On Everyone But You”.
2. Got to hang out with Tiana for the first time yesterday, which was a lot of fun!
3. I booked my aunt’s Disney resort reservation because she’s visiting later this month… never again. Booking a Disney resort proved to be an infinitely difficult task, especially for another person, and particularly as I had to use my New Zealand debit card to pay for the deposit even though I live in America which apparently is a very confusing thing for the website to understand and that created a big storm of site errors. NO MAS.
4. Speaking of the Spanish language, to anyone thinking of ever working at a Disney park: LEARNING SOME SPANISH PHRASES IS THE GREATEST DECISION YOU WILL EVER MAKE. I can’t tell you how many times a day I say “la fila esta cerrada, lo siento.”
5. I bought Mindy Kaling’s book on Amazon and it made me realize how long it’s been since I last read an actual physical book, in lieu of an eBook, or nothing. I felt a bit of shame, followed by motivation to start reading more, followed by sadness that there’s no way in hell I can afford to buy more books/anything if I want to, you know, be able to fly back to New Zealand in January and not get deported.
6. I just watched the latest episode of Glee and I don’t even know what to say about it. To be honest I think it was a bit exploitative of recent events and may have been a bit too soon, but it has to be said that the cast acted the hell out of it. Heather Morris’ scenes were a highlight.
7. Smash and Once Upon A Time. I love you so. But unfortunately I have had the distinct feeling for some weeks now that neither of you will be getting a third season. I thoroughly enjoy watching both, but their first seasons each had such a brilliant formula that simply couldn’t be repeated and the second seasons just aren’t quite at that same level for me.
8. I am at such a horrible point of indecision with what I want to do with my life. Or not so much what I WANT at this point, but what could actually be a viable possibility. Every road I’d like to go down would require either a significant amount of talent I don’t have, a siginificant amount of funds I don’t possess, or both. In most cases both. Bah, humbug.

Oh, and closing thought: Red Lobster is the greatest restaurant in the world and their cheese biscuit things give meaning to my life.
